I may be locked up for posting this, but it needs to be said, at least I feel it does. My CRPS has a name, an identity and the only way I can see living with this is to separate it from me, the human being. My CRPS is my Dark Passenger. After week one's disastrous results I was fully prepared to ease up on the intensity of exercise I was doing. Monday was my pool day so I went ahead and met my kinesiologist there and together we discussed my reactions to the previous week and weighed my options. My kinesiologist told me to speak to the physiotherapist and see what she has to say.
